tide and current predictions

<x-flowed>I have a copy of David Flater's tide prediction program running on a 
machine here.  The predictions are not checked nearly as thoroughly 
as the ones on the NOAA site that the SJ23 Fleet Pages link to.  On 
the other hand, there are many many more locations available.  You 
can use it at http://hal.seanet.com/tides.html.
