Privacy policy

Mobile Geographics LLC does not release information about customers or web site visitors to any other party except by court order. We do not trade or sell our customer lists or web logfiles.

We maintain customer contact information provided to us by our retailers or directly by customers, and use it to notify customers of new releases or of problems with our software. We do not release this information except by court order, and we do not use it to advertise for any other company.

If you have purchased software from Mobile Geographics and wish to be removed from our Product Support Notification list, send email to support@mobilegeographics.com. This email is read by a real live human; no special format is necessary.

We use web "cookies" on our web site in the shopping cart software to keep track of your purchase, and on some parts of the web site to enhance navigation. We use tiny inline images ("web bugs") on the tide prediction server, to make it easier to analyze the traffic on that particular server.

Our direct credit card sales are processed by InternetSecure. Mobile Geographics never sees or knows your credit card number. When you purchase, you make a secure connection directly to InternetSecure.
